A well-established and growing business in the Omagh area is seeking an Accounts Support Administrator to join their busy finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. Your new role

As Accounts Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with a range of accounting and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Completing bank and statement reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
• Supporting month-end processes
• Managing supplier queries and liaising with internal departments
• Providing general administrative support to the finance team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an accounts, finance or administration position. You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

You will also have:

• Experience working within an accounts or finance environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable criteria include:

• Experience using accounting software such as Sage, Xero or similar packages
• AAT qualification or currently studying towards an accountancy qualification
