Ad Hoc Clinical Lead Nurse

Hours: Ad Hoc / Flexible
Rate: £25–£35 per hour
ontract: Temporary / Ad Hoc

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team on a flexible, ad hoc basis.

You’ll provide strong clinical leadership, support staff, and help maintain high standards of safe, effective and person-centred care .

• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.

• Oversee patient care, safety and clinical standards.

• Support staff with complex care and clinical decision-making.

• Ensure accurate care planning and clinical documentation.

• Promote compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.

• Support audits, incident management and quality improvement.

• Work collaboratively with patients, families and healthcare professionals.

You’ll be a confident Registered Nurse who:

• Holds current NMC registration .

• Has senior or clinical leadership experience.

• Has strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

• Communicates confidently and works well independently.

• Is committed to compassionate, person-centred care.

• Can work flexibly to meet ad hoc staffing needs.
