We are recruiting Ad-hoc Teaching Assistant Supply staff to work on an ad-hoc basis in Primary Schools in Cardiff from September 2026. Whether you're studying a teaching, education, psychology, childcare, or related degree, or simply looking for 2-3 days of work each week, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying complete flexibility.

Supply work allows you to choose when you work, making it ideal for students, aspiring teachers, or experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a better work-life balance.

• Competitive pay from £95 per day, with higher rates depending on experience and client rates
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant

• Experience working with children or within a school setting is desirable
• Students studying an education-related degree are encouraged to apply
• Flexible, reliable and happy to work across different schools
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
