About the Service You’ll join a growing ADHD assessment service supporting children and young people across Birmingham. The service combines strong clinical governance with efficient processes, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering timely, evidence-based assessments.

Duties
  • Carry out ADHD assessments for children and young people
  • Produce clear, concise diagnostic reports
  • Make evidence-based clinical decisions
  • Provide appropriate recommendations and next steps following assessment
Experience and Qualifications
  • Professional registration such as GMC, NMC, or HCPC
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience conducting ADHD assessments with children and young people
  • Confidence working independently within a clinical pathway
Ideally, you’ll be based in Birmingham or within a commutable distance. For those travelling from further afield, assessments can be grouped together for the day or across a few days, allowing you to travel to Birmingham and complete your assessments in a way that fits flexibly around your existing capacity.
