Admin and Customer Service Manager

PS Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Manager to join a busy and growing business in Mansfield.

Location: Mansfield

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the administration and customer service team
  • Oversee workload planning, scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure efficient processing of all new and existing work instructions
  • Monitor KPIs, performance and service levels
  • Manage customer complaints and escalations through to resolution
  • Produce operational and performance reports for senior management
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support financial reporting, WIP management and cost control
  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing administration and/or customer service teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing workloads, KPIs and service levels
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident handling customer complaints and escalations
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
