Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant 2 to support day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth front-of-house and administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties efficiently and proactively
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to visitors
  • Respond to telephone and in-person enquiries, offering accurate information
  • Prepare and produce accurate documents across various systems
  • Maintain organised records and documentation
  • Support multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
