Admin Support / Contract Support
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
Working arrangement: Office-based
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support / Contract Support professional to join an established business based in Gomersal.
This is a varied role providing administrative and contract support to contract managers and senior management, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and that documentation, reporting and administrative processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and previous experience in an administrative or project support role. Experience within construction, engineering or a similar industry would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and contract support to managers and senior management.
- Prepare monthly management and board reports, including project updates, cost tracking and programme information.
- Maintain and update project documentation, files and tracking systems.
- Manage document uploads and client submissions, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor contract performance, support continuous improvement and assist with compliance requirements.
- Update weekly project trackers and provide regular progress reports.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Coordinate and track engineers' timesheets and labour allocation.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of contract-specific KPIs.
- Respond to customer queries relating to ongoing projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
About You
- Previous experience in an administration, project support or contract support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial.
