Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and meeting high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Advertise vacancies and proactively search for talent.
- First stage of Interview over the phone
- Secound stage of Intreview Meeting candidates face to face and running ( site tour.)
- Calling new canddiates and arranging Interviews.
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities.
- Meet individual and help team to performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new candidtes
- Previous recruitment expiriance ( preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering great service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Great computer skills.
