We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to establish themselves within a growing business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting multiple areas of the business, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently while providing excellent support to colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems.
- Preparing documents, reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Processing data accurately and efficiently.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and managing diaries where required.
- Liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Assisting with document control and ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Supporting managers with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
About You
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
