We are looking for an organised Administrator to join a busy and supportive client based in Warrington.
This role will involve supporting customers with administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service throughout. It is a fast-paced position that would suit someone who enjoys multitasking, working with systems, and building strong working relationships.
Duties:
- Managing administration for customers
- Preparing reports
- Updating customer details on the system
- Acting as first point of contact for customers
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
Experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools
- Strong customer service skills
