Our client, well-established in their sector, are currently recruiting for a Concierge and Administration Assistant to join their dynamic and growing team. This is a heavy admin-based role, so attention to detail is absolutely vital, as is good verbal presentation, as the role will be dealing with customers.

The role is fully office based, situated in Clapham and will report to the Guest Experience Manager and Head of Operations.

DUTIES:

  • Providing a top tier concierge service to clients.
  • Assisting with background administration within the team.
  • Communicating preferences and finer details with suppliers.
  • Checking customer and supplier invoicing.
  • Managing client payments.
  • Delivering exceptional customer services at all points of the client booking.
  • Managing the email content and information sent to clients.
  • Keeping the monthly departures list up to date.
  • Creating personalised apps for each booking.
  • Sending out checklists for each booking.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent administration and operations experience.
  • Knowledge of airline and travel sector preferred but not essential
  • Outstanding attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Smart, professional and passionate disposition.
  • Hands on approach and a willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
