Administration Clerk – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced transport office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual looking to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support within a busy transport office
  • Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
  • Supporting the transport team with day-to-day operational tasks
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a transport, logistics, or busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude
