Administration Clerk – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an Administration Clerk to join a busy and fast-paced transport office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual looking to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support within a busy transport office
- Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a transport, logistics, or busy office environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Competitive pay rate of £14.02 per hour PAYE
- Monday to Friday working pattern
