About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant who is organised, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping administrative processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Prepare customer updates and administrative reports.
- Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.
- Assist with invoicing and other routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately and maintained in line with company procedures.
About You
We are looking for a reliable and organised individual with strong administrative skills and a positive, professional approach.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role or similar
- Experience dealing with customers, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management systems.
- Previous experience supporting sales or customer service functions.
- Knowledge of general business processes and administration.
This role is on site full time, this is non-negotiable.
