Based in the vibrant community of Nettleham, Lincoln, these positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to essential operations while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of £12.83 per hour.

**Please note this role will be subject to Police Vetting, you must have been residing within the UK for a minimum of 3 Years continually**

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative support to diverse teams and departments.
  • Responding to inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Processing documentation, correspondence, and reports efficiently.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and managing workflow effectively.
  • Supporting meetings and events by preparing documentation and recording actions.
  • Producing management information, data, and reports to assist decision-making.
  • Liaising with police officers, staff, partner organisations, and the public.
  • Supporting procurement and financial administration processes as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with Force policies and GDPR requirements in information management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administrative or office-based experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
