Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation.
  • Processing forms, applications and administrative requests.
  • Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
  • Updating and managing digital filing systems.
  • Supporting the coordination of meetings, events and departmental activities.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation.
  • Assisting colleagues across different departments with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring records and information remain accurate and up to date.
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems on a daily basis.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
  • Providing general day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • The ability to prioritise competing workloads and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • A flexible, adaptable and positive attitude towards work and changing priorities.
  • Up to 6 months' experience in an administrative, office support or customer service role.
  • Recently graduated and be looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.
  • Transferable skills gained within retail, hospitality, leisure, education or another customer-facing industry.
