Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000 pro rata

Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions, is hiring for an Administrator on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide sickness cover.

Job Description

This role will support the day-to-day administration of a busy Facilities Management contract, working closely with operational teams, contractors, engineers and stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating the facilities helpdesk system
  • Logging and tracking maintenance requests and work orders
  • Coordinating contractors and scheduling planned and reactive works
  • Booking keys in/out to contractors
  • Producing reports, updating spreadsheets and maintaining records
  • Raising purchase orders and processing contract documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the facilities management team

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivots), Outlook and Word
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Property, Maintenance, Construction or Helpdesk environments would be advantageous but is not essential
