Salary: £28,000 pro rata
Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions, is hiring for an Administrator on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide sickness cover.
Job Description
This role will support the day-to-day administration of a busy Facilities Management contract, working closely with operational teams, contractors, engineers and stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Managing and updating the facilities helpdesk system
- Logging and tracking maintenance requests and work orders
- Coordinating contractors and scheduling planned and reactive works
- Booking keys in/out to contractors
- Producing reports, updating spreadsheets and maintaining records
- Raising purchase orders and processing contract documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the facilities management team
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivots), Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience within Facilities Management, Property, Maintenance, Construction or Helpdesk environments would be advantageous but is not essential
