Construction Administrator

Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Duration: Long-term contract – approximately 4 years

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join a busy construction project in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, long-term work on a major project expected to run for approximately 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to project managers and site teams
  • Managing project documentation and records
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor paperwork
  • Maintaining health & safety and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Updating project trackers and reports
  • General office and site administration duties

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience within the construction industry is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
