Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Newton Aycliffe based client to recruit for a Temporary Administrator/Data Entry candidate. 

This is a full time, temporary position with the hours of work being Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. 

The main duties for this role are:-

  • Entering contracts onto the system 
  • Working with internal teams 
  • Addressing enquiries or missing information 
  • Posting missing invoices 
  • Data entry and general administration 
  • Data cleansing 
  • Answering emails and phone calls 

The ideal candidate:-

  • Strong IT skills - including Excel 
  • Confident telephone manner
  • SAP experience is desirable
