Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a professional and organised Administrator to join their busy and successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records and providing a high standard of service to clients, customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including diary management, appointment scheduling and general office support.
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to enquiries and provide a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Process administration tasks, including checks, documentation reviews and liaising with relevant providers.
  • Chase outstanding payments and documentation to ensure processes progress smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records, update internal systems and spreadsheets, and ensure information is kept up to date.
  • Coordinate key collections, scheduled dates and required arrangements, ensuring all parties are kept informed.
  • Liaise with clients, customers and external contacts to ensure effective communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare and issue relevant documentation and support the progression of tasks through to completion.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients, customers and colleagues.
