Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, providing administrative support, coordinating information and ensuring records are maintained accurately.

MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE. 

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Manage and update records, documents and databases
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal departments
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required
  • Support with scheduling, coordination and general office administration
  • Handle incoming enquiries and correspondence
  • Assist with reporting and data management tasks
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes

Key Skills of an Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional and reliable approach
  • Full UK driving licence required
