This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, forward-thinking organisation in a varied administration role supporting the Director and wider team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across administration, finance, customer support and business development.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will provide essential day-to-day support to the company, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administration and business support
  • Managing invoicing, purchase orders, payment tracking and reconciliation
  • Preparing reports, presentations and management information
  • Liaising with customers and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting business development activity and preparing proposals
  • Maintaining accurate customer, contract and project records
  • Managing software subscriptions, licences and renewals
  • Coordinating meetings, demonstrations and training sessions
  • Providing diary management support
  • Maintaining SharePoint and internal systems
  • Supporting document management and updating internal procedures and guides

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a varied role where no two days are the same.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in administration, business support, customer service or coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Experience with SharePoint would be advantageous
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A professional and confident approach when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership
  • Sage experience and previous experience within an SME environment would be desirable
