Anglo French law is an award winning boutique niche market  law firm ( ABS)   With over 30 years of  experience providing legal advice to English speaking clients from all over the world  We provide solution orientated and very often innovative mechanisms. to develop solutions that ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in a civil law jurisprudence usinf common law flexibility .

 
This is an exciting opportunity to join AFL  at an important stage of growth as a  independent self-funded enterprise celebrating it  20th year  in practice. We are building a practical, business-minded Legal & Compliance Team that  helps move strategic priorities forward, and protects the client who are front and centre to all  our considerations  while enabling smart, fast execution. of innovative solutions to French property  conundrums


We are seeking an energetic, curious, and agile  administrator  to  work with the core of the team . This role is broader than a admin role and will develop :

it is of course a tremendous advantage to speak French however for the right candidate not doing so is not necessarily a dealbreaker

 


WHAT YOU WILL DO
 

  • In time  you will act  as a practical legal advisor to private clients , 
  • Partner with Sales, Procurement, Estimating, Proposals, Finance, Project Management, Operations to support proposals

  • In time you will become a  skilled negotiator who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives and communicate clearly with both internal and external entities .
  • Curious, agile, and solutions-oriented, with the judgment to know when to be flexible and when to hold the line.
  • Collaborative by nature, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across cultures, functions, and jurisdictions.
  • Meticulous when details matter, but pragmatic enough to focus on what is material.
  • Aligned with AFL  values: you will enjoy treating clients  with empathy, and equipped with explorer mindset, deliver exceptional impact.

YOU HAVE
 

  • Strong academic credentials and the ability to provide practical solutions  in a business setting.
  • English language fluency is required;  French,  language fluency is helpful.
