This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who is looking to develop their career within HR, supporting a busy team with a variety of employee-related processes and day-to-day administration.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records, HR systems and internal trackers.

  • Maintaining training records and monitoring mandatory training requirements.
  • Supporting payroll updates, timesheets, absence records and employee changes.
  • Preparing HR documentation, reports and general correspondence.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • A professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • The confidence to use your initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous HR or recruitment administration experience would be advantageous, although candidates with strong general administrative experience who are keen to develop within HR are also encouraged to apply.

A Level 3 Business Administration or CIPD qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working, with four days in the office and one day from home.
  • An immediate start opportunity.
  • The chance to develop your HR knowledge and experience.
  • Exposure to a broad range of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
  • The opportunity to work alongside an established and supportive team.
