Duration: This is a temporary role, and it is currently due to last until roughly December 2027
Location: Northgate Hospital, Northgate St, Great Yarmouth, NR30 1BU
Hours & Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Pay Banding: Band 2 - £12.92 per hour
Trust: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust
The postholder must have the following experience:
Administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Job Description
To provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial/administrative support to the CFYP CAIST (Crisis and Intensive Support Team) in the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Locality. Primarily this will be supporting the CAIST clinical teams across Great Yarmouth, Norwich and Kings Lynn (but based in Great Yarmouth), but will also include support for other teams when required within the locality.
Workload may include spreadsheets using Excel, appointment letters, covering reception, and some Data reporting, as well as referral processing and management. You will need to be able to confidently raise agendas, take and process minutes (across the locality) in line with Trust guidelines and timescales.
Provide administrative support to clinical staff within the CFYP service, eg: including updating patient records (using Lorenzo), photocopying, ordering of stationery, and undertaking some Health & Safety tasks.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
