Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking for an opportunity to join a growing business where you can make an immediate impact? We are recruiting for a Temporary Merchandising Administrator to support a busy merchandising and commercial team based in Northern Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working with data, coordinating information and supporting the smooth running of a fast-paced function. While initially offered on a temporary basis, there is genuine potential for the role to become a longer-term opportunity for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the merchandising team
• Maintaining and updating product, pricing and stock information
• Producing reports and analysing sales and stock data
• Assisting with forecasting and inventory management processes
• Liaising with suppliers, internal departments and stakeholders
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting replenishment activities
• Ensuring accurate data is maintained across internal systems
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects

About You:

• Previous administration experience within a commercial, retail, merchandising, supply chain or customer-focused environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and reports
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
