An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our Estate Management team.
Role Benefits:
28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees
Working from home up to 1 day per week, if relevant to the role.

About the Open Spaces Administrator Role:
You will be responsible for Supporting the delivery of outstanding estate management services to clients and customers of Open Spaces.
To deliver exceptional and professional administrative services to the estate management team to assist with the efficient and effective maintenance of the unadopted areas and common estate areas.
Engage with clients, owners, Directors and Freeholders to ensure our services meet their expectations and priorities and at all times striving to continually improve services and exceed performance targets.
Contribute to the efficient day to day running of the estate management department, providing support to internal and external customers.
Your Experience:
It is essential that you possess excellent intercommunication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people.
The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate experience of estate management, and working in a performance focussed environment.
