Duties
- Provide high-quality administrative support across a busy department.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Manage a varied workload, balancing multiple priorities and responding to changing demands.
- Prepare correspondence, documentation and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and departmental activities.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider organisation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Support the wider team with projects and operational activities as required.
- Provide both face-to-face and online support to customers and colleagues.
What we would like from you
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Someone who enjoys a varied role combining administration with customer interaction.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience within education, training or another complex professional services environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
