Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis. 

 
Role - Administrator
Location – Various locations across Edinburgh – must be happy to travel across the city
Hours of work – Monday – Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday 0830 - 1555 
Start date – as soon as possible 
Duration – Ongoing
Pay rate - £14.51 per hour 


As an Administrator, you will be:
  • Supporting various locations across Edinburgh with their administrative tasks 
  • Managing a shared mailbox
  • Liaising with the wider team via MS Teams 
  • Answering queries by phone, email and in person
  • Cash handling
  • Completing banking transactions 
  • Completing reconciliations 
  • Any other administrative tasks as required. 



You should have excellent customer service, be comfortable with Microsoft Office packages and be willing to learn. 
 

This role will require a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland at a cost of £25.
