Key Responsibilities
* Update resident and staff records
* Support residents and families in person and over the phone
* Process payroll and staff hours
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain HR and compliance records
* Assist reception and front of house when required
* Support the Home Manager with daily Administration tasks
What We're Looking For
* Experience in an Administration or administrative assistant role
* Strong payroll, HR, and customer service skills
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Confident using multiple systems and databases
