We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Stourport-on-Severn.
This role is initially expected to last 4-8 weeks, with the potential to become a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales and Purchasing Administration teams
- Loading Sales Orders and Purchase Orders onto internal systems
- Creating customer invoices
- Emailing customers and suppliers
- General office administration duties as required
Systems Used:
- Xero
- Zedonk
- Mintsoft
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Confident using computer systems (experience with Xero, Zedonk or Mintsoft would be advantageous but not essential)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
