We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Stourport-on-Severn.

This role is initially expected to last 4-8 weeks, with the potential to become a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Sales and Purchasing Administration teams
  • Loading Sales Orders and Purchase Orders onto internal systems
  • Creating customer invoices
  • Emailing customers and suppliers
  • General office administration duties as required


Systems Used:

  • Xero
  • Zedonk
  • Mintsoft


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident using computer systems (experience with Xero, Zedonk or Mintsoft would be advantageous but not essential)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
