Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator with strong Excel skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and quickly getting to grips with new systems and processes?
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established business in South Liverpool. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
- Managing and updating records across internal systems
- Using Excel to maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data
- Handling administrative tasks and supporting various departments
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Supporting process improvements and adapting to new systems
About You
- Previous administration experience
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks
What's on Offer?
- £25,000 - £26,000 salary
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday:
- 8:00am - 4:30pm, or
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Early finish on Friday!
