Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator looking for an interesting and varied role? Could you fulfil a vital support function within a busy office?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected St. James’s Place Partner Practice, who provide bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of private clients, individuals, families and businesses.
You’ll become an important part of a friendly, collaborative team where everyone works together to deliver an exceptional level of service. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role: Administrator

You will be the ‘Go To' person for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, along with varied and interesting responsibilities including;

  • Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
  • Submitting new business using bespoke software
  • Sending out correspondence and requests for information
  • Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Advisors
  • Preparing and collating key information for clients' annual reviews
  • Managing the CRM Database (Salesforce) and keeping all client details up to date
  • Liaising with SJP admin teams to ensure all processes are compliant and completed within agreed timescales
  • Training can be provided and there is scope within this role to progress and as you develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment.


The Person: Administrator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Administrator who takes pride in providing excellent support and going the extra mile for colleagues and clients.
Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-support role within Financial Services, ideally within an SJP or IFA Practice
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, professional client relationships 
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, solve problems and think on your feet
  • Strong organisation, time-management and planning skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications 
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and third parties
  • The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
  • A proactive, positive approach and the willingness to learn and develop
