SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a growing and evolving business for an Administrator to join their team, based at their Head Office in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

The Role

This role will play a key part in supporting Health & Safety compliance, operational administration, and facilities‑related processes across the business.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Production and Operations Manager, supporting the collection and reporting of critical data, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring the smooth coordination of day‑to‑day operational activities.

This is a varied position within a close‑knit, down‑to‑earth working environment, suited to someone who uses their initiative, is confident communicating effectively and seeking clarification where required, and can adapt to changing business demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and administration of internal systems, including coordinating access for site‑based teams
  • Collate and manage data from multiple sources, producing reports to support business decisions
  • Assist with Health & Safety reporting, compliance documentation, and data tracking
  • Support facilities‑related administration, including liaising with service providers and maintaining records
  • Assist with Customer Care and documentation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Take minutes in meetings and track actions through to completion
  • Draft letters, reports, and formal correspondence
  • Support company insurance, telecoms, and IT administration
  • Raise purchase orders and assist with general operational processes
  • Liaise with external providers to resolve queries and support smooth operations
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and general office administration
  • Provide reception cover when required
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About You

  • Organised, proactive, and detail‑focused
  • Adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and business needs
  • Confident to use initiative and speak up when support or clarification is needed
  • Comfortable working with data and producing accurate reports
  • Strong written communication skills, including basic letter writing
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Professional, approachable, and a good team player
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience or knowledge of Health & Safety processes and/or facilities administration is advantageous
