Site Administrator
Location: Chipping Warden
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £16.25 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Start Date: Monday 24th August
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Site Administrator to support the successful delivery of a major construction project in Chipping Warden. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while providing essential support to site operations.
Key Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Coordinate and schedule site meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
- Order, monitor, and track materials to support project requirements.
- Manage site inductions for new personnel and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain site documentation, filing systems, and project records in line with company procedures.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and project teams.
- Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, and site personnel.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently using initiative.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
- Full driving licence and access to transport due to the location of the site.
Desirable
- Previous experience working within the construction industry or on a construction site.
- Familiarity with site administration processes and document control procedures.
