We’re recruiting for a growing road freight company in Bolton looking for an experienced Administrator to join their fantastic team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with transport, logistics or freight experience who wants to develop their career, with full paid training and a clear pathway into an Account Manager position.

The role
You’ll be supporting existing customers and helping to ensure their day-to-day transport movements run smoothly.
As you develop, you’ll become a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and delivering 10/10 customer service.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing customer queries and communications
• Coordinating and monitoring shipments
• Keeping customers updated throughout their movements
• Building strong, genuine customer relationships
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Working closely with the wider transport team
• Taking ownership and seeing tasks through from start to finish

What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience within transport, logistics or freight.
We’re looking for someone with:

• Excellent organisation and time management
• A confident telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• A proactive, positive attitude
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• Great relationship-building skills
• A genuine desire to learn, progress and earn more
