- Coordinate engineers' diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Communicate with customers, letting agents and suppliers to ensure work progresses smoothly.
- Monitor van stock levels and arrange replenishment of parts and materials.
- Raise invoices using Xero and ServiceM8 while managing shared email inboxes.
- Track enquiries and customer pipelines through Go High Level and prepare quotations using Quotient.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps our operations running effectively.
- Previous experience using Xero accounting software.
- Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple software platforms.
- Experience using, or the ability to quickly learn, ServiceM8, Go High Level and Quotient.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within the plumbing, heating or wider trades sector would be advantageous.
