We are recruiting PIP & WCA Functional Assessors in Salisbury, offering Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working, hybrid flexibility, fully paid training and excellent career progression.
The Role:
- PIP: £40,000 + £1,000 increases after 6 & 12 months
- WCA: £42,000 + £1,000 increase after 12 months
- Up to 10% quality & performance bonus
- 12-week fully paid training programme
- No nights, weekends or bank holidays
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Up to 6% contributory pension
- Excellent progression opportunities
- Assess how health conditions affect daily living, mobility and/or capacity for work
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Review medical evidence and produce detailed reports for the DWP
- Registered Adult Nurses
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
No previous Functional Assessor experience required.
