Denholm Industrial Services are currently recruiting for experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our growing team on ongoing industrial projects in Birmingham. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work on a variety of industrial sites while developing your career with a respected national contractor.

Key role and responsibilities for Advanced Scaffolder

• Erect, alter and dismantle complex scaffolding structures in line with project requirements.
• Carry out scaffolding work safely and in accordance with current industry regulations and company procedures.
• Read and interpret scaffold drawings and specifications where required.
• Complete inspections of scaffolding and identify any defects or required alterations.
• Work safely at height while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
• Ensure all scaffolding is erected to CISRS and TG20 guidance where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, site management and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Assist with planning daily work activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Represent Denholm Industrial Services professionally on client sites at all times.

Minimum requirements for Advanced Scaffolder

• Valid CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card.
• Previous experience working on industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation.
• Ability to work safely at height in demanding industrial environments.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred (maximum of 6 penalty points).
• Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
