Aftercare Manager in Thames Valley

This role will focus on overseeing projects through completion, handover and aftercare, ensuring outstanding works, defects and client requirements are managed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through practical completion, handover and aftercare.
- Oversee snagging, defects and outstanding works through to resolution.
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor quality and ensure works meet the required standards.
- Resolve technical and construction issues efficiently.
- Ensure handover documentation and project close-out are completed.
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an experienced construction professional, ideally from a Tier 1 main contractor background, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Experience within the following sectors is particularly desirable:
- Education
- Life Sciences
- Commercial
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, Finishing Manager or Aftercare Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction, quality and project close-out.
- Experience managing subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to deal with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to projects across the UK.
