Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their reputable team. This role offers a competitive salary, additional bonuses, and structured working hours, making it an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive professionals.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm; 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm (paid additionally at time and a half)
Duties of an Aftersales Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to trade and retail clients regarding parts enquiries
  • Accurately identifying, picking, and dispatching parts orders
  • Managing parts stock control and inventory
  • Supplying parts to Vehicle Technicians in the workshop promptly
  • Ensuring efficient parts department operation and optimal stock levels
  • Using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems to process orders
  • Maintaining strong customer relations and upselling where appropriate
Requirements of an Aftersales Advisor:
  • Recent or current experience as an Aftersales Advisor, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership
  • Alternatively, considerable experience within a Motor Factor environment
  • Ability to work confidently with electronic parts catalogues; Kerridge/Keyloop experience advantageous but not essential
  • IT literate with proficiency in basic computer systems
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, charismatic manner
  • Reside in or near Swansea or surrounding areas
