- Provide job progress updates and support with customer follow-ups where required
- Proven experience in a motor trade environment as an Aftersales Advisor
- Confidence delivering excellent customer care while maintaining dealership standards
- Strong upsell and communication skills to improve profitability without compromising trust
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced workshop setting and meet deadlines
- Good IT skills and experience using dealer systems
