We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multi-franchise car dealer group established since 1971, for the position of Aftersales Advisor at their busy franchise-approved premium car dealership in North Bristol. Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop requirements
  • Identifying and advising customers on their parts needs
  • Greeting customers in the showroom and responding professionally to inquiries
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Receiving, handling, and organising parts deliveries and storage
  • Managing data entry and documentation related to parts transactions
  • Working closely with the Parts Manager and supporting team members in daily operations
Requirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts
  • Previous experience within a franchise-approved car dealership or motor factors is advantageous
  • IT literacy, familiar with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, charismatic manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
