We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. Duties of the Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor:
  • Process warranty claims accurately and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Manage warranty submissions, monitor claim progress, and resolve discrepancies
  • Welcome customers and manage the entire service journey from booking to vehicle collection
  • Keep customers informed throughout repairs and explain completed work
  • Prepare job cards, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Promote service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with dealership procedures
Requirements of the Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, or similar automotive aftersales role
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills; Kerridge experience advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy dealership environment
  • Positive, proactive team player
