The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of a busy Aftersales Department
- Manage and develop Service and Parts teams
- Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Handle customer concerns, warranty claims, repairs and MOT-related queries
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and operational performance
- Take a hands-on approach when required
- Previous Aftersales Management experience within the motor trade is a MUST
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Up to £55,000 OTE
- Company vehicle
