- Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Bonus scheme up to £3,600–£7,200 per annum, pending departmental performance

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am–1:00pm
- Report to the General Manager and manage an aftersales team of 5 Vehicle Technicians and 1 Service Advisor
- Run an efficient aftersales department to deliver complete customer satisfaction
- Maximise utilisation of workshop facilities
- Drive efficient sale of labour in line with departmental targets as an Aftersales Manager
- Support and develop colleagues to maintain professional standards
- Ensure processes and policies consistently improve customer satisfaction and the dealership’s reputation
- Use IT systems effectively to manage workflow and performance
- Recent or current experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in a small to medium-sized franchise-approved dealership, or Assistant Service Manager ready to progress
- Strong people management skills, including motivating and supporting a workshop team
- Proven drive to maintain quality and service standards
- IT literate
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Llanelli
