We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client's esteemed dealership in Hereford. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to lead an established team and enhance operational excellence within a multi-franchise-approved car dealership.

  • Working hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm
Duties of the Aftersales Manager:
  • Lead and manage the service department, including a team of 6 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 1 Parts Advisor
  • Drive operational efficiency, maximise workshop utilisation, and optimise labour sales
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
  • Implement policies that support continuous improvement in customer experience and dealership reputation
  • Support and develop team members, fostering a positive working environment
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company procedures
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and report on performance
  • Support frontend sales operations to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements of the Aftersales Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a small to medium franchise-approved dealership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • IT literacy and familiarity with dealership management systems
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work proactively and drive continuous improvements
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hereford
