Our client is an international manufacturer with a large car service and showroom, based in Leicester. This is a well-respected / well established /well-known car retailer. They have a rare opportunity to join their award winning team as a After Sales Manager
The role:
This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of their dealership team.
In this role you will:
• Engage your Aftersales team to deliver the world class service they strive for.
• Be Responsible for driving performance of the workshop team, helping to maximise efficiency.
• Manage the Customer facing team to maximise upsell whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Develop the skills, knowledge and career progression of team members.
• Optimise operational processes.
• Ensure Compliance financial processes, Health & Safety regulations etc.
Previous Experience / Skills -
- A strong communicator and leader
- Experience of Managing a fast paced Aftersales/customer service team.
- Personal demeanour
- Proficient IT skills
- Must have a driving licence
