Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK
- Valid NMC registration
- DBS on the update service (we can assist if needed)
