We are currently seeking an experienced Agent to join a major project at Heathrow Airport with an immediate start available.

• Proven experience working as an Agent on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, health & safety, and site management.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Airport project experience is highly desirable, although candidates with significant major project experience will also be considered.
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.) preferred.

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring progress against programme and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Liaising with the client and wider project team.
