Agent ( Twilights or Nights )

Agent required for a major civil engineering and infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport.

We are looking for an experienced Agent to oversee the delivery of key work packages on a high-profile aviation project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a challenging live airport environment, managing both engineering and construction activities during twilight and night shifts.

• Managing the safe and efficient delivery of civils and infrastructure packages
• Planning works and coordinating subcontractors on site
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits, and associated documentation
• Monitoring progress, programme, quality, and productivity
• Managing engineering teams and site supervision staff
• Ensuring compliance with Heathrow and project-specific procedures
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
• Supporting commercial reporting and project controls

• Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Agent, or Section Engineer on major infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods
• Experience managing subcontractors and site delivery teams
• Working knowledge of QA processes, ITPs, permits, and temporary works
• Ability to manage programme and coordinate multiple work fronts
• CSCS Card essential
• SMSTS preferred
• Heathrow, airport, rail, highways, or major project experience advantageous
